For anyone quarantined:
Please complete a run workout ππ and a virtual workout π️πͺfrom our Schoology Folder: Strength Training Course --- > Workouts
Please identify the run workout number you've completed and the virtual workout number along with your times for each. Ideally continue to complete these in numerical order.
Once your work has been completed
Email me at jwagner@soudertonsd.org.
OR
Record your scores on a piece of paper and hand in on your return to school.
I will then give you credit for your missed classes.
