3 skills tests *Only 1 attempt on each.
3 attempts broad jump Farthest jump will be recorded ( Failure to stick landing will result in an attempt )
2 minutes max sandbag toss over your shoulder Men 100lb, Women 75lb
1 minute max pull ups ( Arms start fully extended and chin is above the bar. Athletes may use any grip they choose along with strict or kipping)
May 24th
Event 1- PE2 REMAKE
10 minutes AMRAP
6 Runs *no kicking off wall
15 sit ups
15 KBS Men 35lb, Women 26lb *KB must go above head height and pass behind heels at the bottom
10 burpees *must jump 2 feet together over the KB
REST 5 minutes
Event 2 QUADZILLA
5-7 minutes (TIME TO BE DETERMINED)
15 Goblet Squats with KB 35/26
50’ OH lunge with plate
50’ Run
Rest 5 minutes
Event 3 MAX DB SNATCH LADDER
~10 minutes
1 arm DB snatch ladder (athletes choice of hand)
Tabata Style - 20 sec to attempt lift, 10 seconds to rotate
Athletes will attempt the lift - if successful they will rotate to the next DB on cue.
Tie breakers: If athlete fails the lift or reaches final DB = max DB deadlifts in remaining time
Ladies: 20:, 30, 40, 50, 55, 60
Men: 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, 95
*The order in which you move through the ladder will be your current placement. 1st will go last and last will go first.
