You must find a pull up bar, tree limb or jungle gym. Using the bar or limb you must hang as long as possible without feet touching the ground or the post. You may only use 1 bar. You may hang however your choose while your entire head remains below the bar or tree limb throughout. Your score is the length of time you are able to hang before letting your feet or body part touch the ground.
